You will receive a call back from our technical support staff within the shortest possible time.

    The Pragma Support Plan offers subscribers with immediate FREE access to the latest applicable releases of Pragma’s software (e.g. Version releases from 5.0 to 6.0). By providing major release updates to our Support Plan subscribers during the term of the Plan, Pragma is offering a means to cost-effectively maintain your software for a fraction of the cost of purchasing upgraded licenses.
  • Free Software Revisions and Updates:
    By purchasing a Pragma Support Plan you gain immediate FREE access to all applicable software revisions and updates which include minor product enhancements and bug fixes (e.g. Revision releases X.1 to X.2 and bug fixes)
  • Unlimited Access to Technical and Engineering Support:
    The Pragma Support Plan provides you with unlimited incident coverage, case status updates, and priority telephone/internet support. Your support access options include a toll-free phone number (where available), e-mail, and online help.
