Ltd., a software startup in Bangladesh which is a part of an emerging region in South Asia which includes India. The development relationship is to carry out a project to design and develop Internet based e-commerce software applications.

Pragma and Horizon entered into a software development relationship which will lead to designing and developing an e-commerce application with related accounting and MIS systems. Secured transaction facility using credit cards will be part of the features. The e-commerce package will run on Microsoft IIS 4.0 and Apache Server of Linux/UNIX.
