Telemote is able to provide access to machines over a LAN, over a Gateway to hosts or over a telemote cloud (future) to machines located anywhere on the internet, even machines behind a firewall.

Telemote desktop version focuses on reaching machines over a LAN or over a VPN in an enterprise. Hosts across a Gateway can also be reached and managed. Only the Gateway need VPN or internet access, hosts beyond a gateway do not need to have internet or VPN connection.
