Telemote installs and runs in Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista and Windows Server 2016, 2012 R2, 2012, 2008 R2, 2008. Both 64-bit and 32-bit versions are provided.

telemote_x64.exe and telemote_x86.exe provides the telemote server packages for 64bit and 32bit Windows platforms.

telemote_viewer_x64.exe and telemote_viewer_x86.exe provides the Telemote Vierwer package.

To install Telemote, download and double click on the server or viewer package and follow the simple default options. Telemote Server installs the server side as well as the viewer side. Telemote Viewer only installs the viewer package. For machines to be managed, install the telemote server package.

Upgrade instructions

A newer build and version of Telemote can be installed on top of a current version to update it. The license key and settings will not be changed and will continue to work after the updates. To install an update do the following steps:

In the server setup:

1. net stop telemote

2. telemote_x64.exe or telemote_x86.exe

In the viewer setup:

1. exit any current viewers running

2. telemote_viewer_x64.exe or telemote_viewer_x86.exe
