telemote and telemotec command line

Telemote or Telemotec command line programs are provided to launch a telemote viewer to a site or host from a command shell.

If the site is discovered and configured in telemote graphical viewer, run “telemote sitename or telemote sitename:port”.

If the site or host is not discovered or needs password or username to be specified, use “telemotec.exe” which will prompt for the password if not given on the command line. telemote.cmd does not do any prompting and expects all needed parameters to have been stored in the viewer site configuration.

“telemotec  servername:4899” or “telemote servername:4899” will connect to servername machine with telemote viewer where the telemote inetd ssh service is running on port 4899 instead of standard 22. Either hostname or ipaddress can be given where hostname is needed.
