Use the Key Exchange page to select which key exchange algorithms will be allowed by the server.

Any client connecting with a key exchange algorithm not selected will be rejected. All available key exchange algorithms are selected by default. Checked key exchange algorithms are allowed.

If the FIPS Mode on the General Settings page is selected, only FIPS mode key exchange algorithms  are visible on the page.
