Use the Banner page to set any messages that should be displayed before or after logon.

Splash Banner - Banner displayed prior to authentication.

The splash banner can be used to display information to the client prior to the user entering their logon information. It will be displayed for a certain time on the client side, prior to prompting the user any additional information or before starting the configured user shell.
