FortressFX has a customizable toolbar and a Quick Connect Toolbar, that can be turned on or off using the View menu item or by right-clicking in the main window. See Menu for more information on other helpful menu items. The view of the main toolbar can can be changed using the context "Customize..." menu item, accessible by right-clicking on the toolbar. Add, remove, or reorder buttons on the toolbar. Change the size of the icons. Change the location or remove the button text.
The following buttons are on the main toolbar by default:

The Quick Connect toolbar can be turned on and off using the View menu. This toolbar allows you to type a username, password, and hostname for a remote host without using the Site Manager.
