Telnet session re-connect feature and how to enable it

The Telnet session Re-connect feature allows the user to reconnect
the telnet session with the same username and IP address. This
feature is ideal for telnet connections from handheld clients where
sessions tend to drop due to handheld devices going out of wireless
range. This feature allows the handheld client to get back to the
same session performing the same task. To enable this feature, launch
the Pragma Local Configuration Dialog. Then under Users Default,
select the preferred re-connect option from the drop down menu. You
MUST also set a value for the Reconnect Windows field. See below for
more information on "Reconnect Window".
NOTE: Reconnection to a stream mode session will prompt the
user that the connection has been made, but the screen cannot be redrawn.
Re-connect Session Options:
Yes: Always reconnect
No: Never reconnect
Ask: Prompt user to reconnect

Reconnect Window:
Specify time in seconds which will be used to set the maxium time up
to which a session can be re-connected. Once the set time has
expired, the session will be not re-connected. Instead, a new session
will be launched.
Server to Client Heartbeat in seconds:
Send a signal package to the client to check for an open connection.
A setting in the box will prevent the server from staying open after
a client has disconnected abnormally. For example, a power failure on
the client side. The server sends a request for terminal type sub
negotiation as a heartbeat. Most platforms will reply to this
request. A low value will result in higher traffic due to the signal.
A higher value will result in sessions remaining open for a longer
period after the disconnection.
No heartbeat will be sent if the box is empty or contains a zero (0).
The "Server to Client Heartbeat in seconds" feature is
ideal for ssh/telnet connections from handheld clients where sessions
tend to drop due to handheld devices going out of wireless range.
